Ms Ciuraj studied law at the University of Münster and successfully passed the first state law examination in 2022. During her studies she already specialised in information, telecommunications and media law.

After her studies, Ms Ciuraj moved to Frankfurt am Main in 2023, where she initially gained practical experience in commercial law.

She began her legal traineeship in 2024 and successfully completed it in 2026 with the second state law examination.

Her placements took her, among others, to the Federal Criminal Police Office in Wiesbaden, working on cybercrime and cybersecurity issues, to a law firm specialising in media law in Frankfurt am Main and to RTL Deutschland in Cologne. These different perspectives – investigating authority, legal advice and media company – have had a lasting influence on her view of modern communication technology and the legal challenges of the digital public sphere.

Ms Ciuraj is particularly fascinated by the dynamism and complexity of media law. Her professional interest lies above all in press law and expression law, copyright law, IT law, trademark law and intellectual property. At the same time she feels at home in general civil law and is convinced that legal versatility is often the basis for particularly sustainable solutions.

Alongside her legal education, competitive team sport has always been an important part of her life. In competitive team sport she found an early constant – and at the same time an environment that fostered qualities that still shape her today: team spirit, a love of competition and resilience.
