Paralegal Yvonne Günay | Data Protection Officer

Ms Yvonne Günay completed her training as a paralegal (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte, ReFa) in 2006.

She then undertook further training at the Bildungszentrum der Wirtschaft am Rhein in Duisburg and in 2009 passed the examination for the recognised qualification of “certified senior paralegal” (geprüfte Rechtsfachwirtin).

Yvonne Günay works with us as a paralegal / senior paralegal and as data protection officer. In this role Ms Günay supports our firm in data protection law.

In 2024 TÜV Rheinland certified Ms Günay as Data Protection Officer [TÜV] on the basis of her knowledge (certipedia.com/quality_marks/0000085873).

Alongside her job, she studied law for senior paralegals at Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Business, and in 2025 earned the academic degree Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), with a thesis on "Debt collection services in legal tech and contingency fees after the reform of the Legal Services Act".
