CV
Lawyer Dr. Pleh first trained as a freight forwarding clerk and completed his military service. He then worked in logistics for several years and attended evening school. From 2003 he studied law and sociology in Marburg and Cologne. He completed his legal traineeship from 2009 to 2011 at the Regional Court of Aachen.
Dr. Pleh has been admitted as a lawyer since 2011. Apart from a three-year break as a lawyer at a federal authority, Dr. Pleh has worked continuously as a self-employed lawyer and at times also as an in-house lawyer for one of Germany's major business associations in antitrust and commercial law.
Together with lawyer Daners, he founded the law firm DP Recht in Cologne in 2018, which he successfully expanded and continued until July 2022 after lawyer Daners became a judge. In July 2022 Dr. Pleh joined ITMR Rechtsanwälte, where he has been a partner ever since.
He is a certified specialist lawyer for family law and a certified specialist lawyer for information technology law (IT law).
