CV
Ms Schulz studied law at the Philipps University of Marburg and passed the first state law examination in Hesse. As part of her university specialisation, she completed seminar work in media law, the law of the GmbH and competition (antitrust) law. The media law seminar in particular laid the foundation for her in-depth knowledge of press law and speech law.
Ms Schulz discovered her interest in practising as a lawyer during an internship. What convinced her most was the varied working day of client contact, court hearings and legal research. At the student law clinic she deepened this experience and handled cases independently, mainly in tenancy and company law. Combining legal research, communication with people seeking advice and real results for them strengthened her wish to work as a lawyer.
During her legal traineeship she spent a placement at the law firm Bianchi Schierholz & Partners in Rome. There she handled international mandates in family, corporate and administrative law, further improved her Italian and exchanged views with colleagues from various countries through an international lawyers' network. This time lastingly strengthened her interest in family law.
During her administrative placement at the Federal Cartel Office in Bonn, Ms Schulz gained in-depth insight into competition law. Her tasks included the systematic review of current case law and legislative changes. This sharpened her ability to grasp new legal developments quickly, examine them independently and present them clearly.
She successfully completed her traineeship with the second state law examination, qualifying her for judicial office. Her admission to the bar has been applied for.
Since October 2026 she has been back in the team, now bringing her further experience with her.
With sound knowledge of media law, international experience and a keen sense for people's concerns, Assessor Schulz advises our clients on legal questions. She works carefully, is precise in her use of language and always keeps the practical result in view.
In addition to business-fluent English, Ms Schulz has good Italian and a basic knowledge of Chinese.
